Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' (in the top right of the page) and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by Switch, Visa, MasterCard & American Express.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

Our products are shipped immediately and should reach you within 2-4 working days. Oranjerivier cannot be held responsible for deliveries not made on or by a certain date. If you have not received your goods within 4 working days, please email us at wine@southafricanwine.co.uk or call us on 01274 726744.

Delivery is £5.99 to anywhere in mainland United Kingdom. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to anywhere in Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles or other British Dependent Territories. We may change this in the future by updating this posting.

Please examine the goods when they arrive. Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, 8.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Goods must be signed for on delivery, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address when the package arrives. If you are not there the driver will leave a card for you to arrange a more convenient delivery time.

Tax Charges

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of V.A.T.

We accept secure online payments through HSBC as well as postal payments by cheque. Oranjerivier Limited take credit card security very seriously. For that reason we have chosen to use HSBC to process all of our online credit card transactions.

At Oranjerivier Ltd, we aim to deal with all enquiries fairly, confidentially and quickly. We will acknowledge your contact within 24 hours. We will try to resolve most issues immediately, but where this is not possible we will keep you informed about progress until a satisfactory resolution has been achieved. We are continually improving our service, but if you have any particular ideas or suggestions about how we can improve, please send them to us.

Oranjerivier Limited do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Policy

In the event that some or all of the bottles of wine in a case are broken or spoiled when they are delivered you should notify us immediately by phoning 01274 726744 or emailing wine@southafricanwine.co.uk. You may choose either to return the whole case or just the affected bottles for a refund or replacement.

All wines collected by our carrier must be in the original box to avoid further breakages, where possible.
